Green Beans and Bedtime

hApPy mOnDaY
I went and got Emma from daycare and she was already ready for bed. I got Emma home and fed a big old bowl of green beans mixed with rice. She gobbled that down and then was more than ready for bed. See, with Emma, she will not sleep for longer than 15 minutes at daycare. Hence her readiness for pj's and her sheep blanket for bed time. She's been asleep for two hours already.
Me, on the other hand, got her in bed and then made myself a meatball sub. See, with Ben, he loves to make meatballs. So on Saturday, he made a big batch of meatballs so all week we'll get meat ball subs and spaghetti and meatballs.
This past Friday I did not post. This did not happen because Ben got home from work early. Good news on that front...he was offered a year round job. Woo Hoo! He has a permanent job and we are both overjoyed at that thought.
I actually made a craft the other day that I have been wanting to make for a long time. I have a fascination with letters so I have been wanting to make an alphabet sign for Emma's room. I finally did it and I am very enthused with how it turned out.
My next step is rearranging her pictures above her crib. I will probably do that tomorrow. Her and I are going to go to the D.I. tomorrow afternoon and I am thrilled. I've been wanting to go for a long time.
Here is a picture of my ABC poster. Easy, peasy...ABCD.
